Un cas d’ossification de I’endometre est rapporté, cas survenu après une interruption volontaire de grossesse (IVG). Le seul signe révélateur est une stérilité secondaire. Les diverses hypothèses étiopathogéniques sont discutées. Il est rappelé la symptomatologie révélatrice. Les aspects paracliniques surtout Cchographiques et thérapeutiques sont également précisés.
