This is a case of tuberculosis cervical whose diagnosis at first was not easy. Indeed a patient was referred to our department for suspected cervical cancer. She has had two pregnancies, a living child of 9 years and one abortion, and nine years secondary amenorrhea. The diagnosis, after a first examination of the cervix was a exocervicite. Local and general treatment established for 3 months, did not give satisfactories results. Cervical cancer was suspected in front of bleeding cervical and histological confirmation of biopsy was indicated. An epithelioid granuloma giant cell with caseous necrosis was found histologically, consistent with cervical tuberculosis. A field assessment shows a small pleural blade to the chest X-ray. Tuberculosis treatment established from these results lead to healing. Instead of Histology in the diagnosis and therapeutic decision was important here. That is why we must not hesitate to do a biopsy of a cervical uterus that rebels to appropriate treatment. In association with secondary amenorrhea, such a table should suggest a possible tuberculosis neck.
