Abstract

The authors report here a case of simulation in psychiatry arisen at a young military in the fall of the major sociopolitical crisis of April 20 10 in Burkina Faso and underline the diagnostic difficulties put by this pathology explaining the necessity that the vigilance of the psychiatrie medical teams must not be faulted during their usual activities of consultations and care.
