Supports de transfert d'argent de migrants en situation de clandestinité en Suisse

L'anicle a pour essence les données recueillies dans le cadre d 'un e recherche de doctorat auprès de migrants en situation de clandestinité en Suisse et résidant à Genève.Les transferts d 'argent n 'ayant pas été analysés dans la thèse, il sied de mettre en relief cet aspect qui témoigne de la capacité d'agir des migrants dans un contexte fortement structuré. Les données ont été récoltées au travers d'entretien s semi-directif s auprès de trente neuf migrants dont l a demande d'asile a été refusée ou rejetée et qui ref usent de repanir chez eu x. L'analyse révèle en substance que les transferts d 'argent des migrants combinent les modes d 'envois formels officiellement enregistrés et les modes d'envois informels offi­ cieusement construits. Elle met en relief trois types de support s utilisés : les supports identitaires, les supports humain s et les support s matériel s. Au travers de ces supports, les migrants parviennent à trans­ férer les épargnes nécessaires à leurs familles respectives ce qui révèle en substance leur capacité d'adap­ tation à l'hostil ité du contexte, leur intelligence pour contourn er les normes rigides, leur volonté de réa liser leurs projet s migratoires. En somme , l'individu placé dans une situation extrême et éprou ­ vante parvient à mobili ser les ressources matérielles et immatérielles nécessaires pour s'en sortir.

The anicle has as a source the data collected within the framework of a search for doctorate concer­ ning migrants in situation of clandestinit y in Switzerl and and livi ng in Geneva. Remittances not having been analyzed in the thesis, it is advisable to highlight this aspect which testifies to the capa­ city to act of the migrants in a strongly stru ctured context. The data were collected through emi-direc­ ting talks and concemed thirty-nine migrants whose request for asyl um was refused or rejected and who refuse to retum home. The analysis reveals that remiuances combine the modes of officially  recorded form ai sendin g and modes of semi-officially buih ab tract sending. It highlights three forms of supports u sed : identi ty support s, human supports and material support s. Through these support s, the migrant s manage to tran sfer the required funds to their respective families what revea ls in substance their capa­ city of adaptation to the ho tility of the context. their intelligence to circum vent the rigid standard s, their will to carry out their migratory projects. Ali in ali, the individual placed in a situation extreme and testing manages to mobiliz e the material and immaterial resources necessary to leave itself there.
