Cet article rend compte de l’organisation et du fonctionnement des adverbes en phúẽ. Il analyse la
morphologie des adverbes dans une approche plurilinéaire. Les structures syllabiques des adverbes sont
déterminées en plus des schèmes tonals attestés dans les adverbes. L’analyse syntaxique explicite le
degré d’autonomie syntaxique des adverbes dans les énoncés. Elle précise leur aptitude à s’associer à
un constituant syntaxique donné. Elle détermine les phénomènes d’accord observables dans les énoncés
comportant un adverbe. L’analyse sémantique détermine la catégorisation sémantique des adverbes.
Enfin, elle procède à une taxinomie sémantique des principaux emplois adverbiaux.

This article discusses the organization and the functioning of adverbs in phúẽ. It takes a multi-linear
approach to analyze the morphology of adverbs. The syllabic structures are determined in addition to
the tonal concepts attested in adverbs. The syntactic analysis shows the degree of syntactic autonomy
of adverbs in the utterance. It unveils their ability to associate with a given syntactic constituent. It determines
the phenomenon of observable agreement in the utterances including an adverb. The semantic
analysis determines the semantic categorization of adverbs. Finally, it proceeds to a semantic taxonomy
of the main uses of adverbs.
