L'étude vise à discerner d'une part, les profils bactériostatiques et bactéricides des extraits hydroalcoolique  et alcoloïdique  de NAUCLEA LATIFOLIA Sm., vis-à-vis d'Escherichia  coli o127' ; à comparer d'autre part, l'action de la plante, à celle de quelques antibiotiques courants, actifs vis-à-Vis de germes à GRAM(-).

The aim of the study is to distinguish on the one hand, the bacteriostatic and bactericide profiles of hydroalcoholic and alkaloidic extracts of Nauclea latifolia Sm. with regard to escherichia Coli 0127; on the other hand to compare the action of the plant with that of sorne usual active antibiotics with regard to GRAME germs.
