Les auteurs rapportent un cas de lésion bénigne lymphoépithéliale ou syndrome de Godwin, avec ectasie
kystique, de la glande parotide.
Le patient, âgé de 36 ans, a présenté une tuméfaction parotidienne indolore, mal limitée, partiellement
mobile et kystique à l’examen clinique.
L’examen histologique a permis le diagnostic en montrant une infiltration massive des lobules parotidiens
par une prolifération lymphoïde avec ectasie canalaire kystique.
Le traitement a consisté en une parotidectomie totale exofaciale.
L’évolution de cette affection est en règle bénigne mais la possibilité de transformation ou d’association
cancéreuse impose, chez ces malades, une surveillance après traitement.

The authors report a case of benign lymphoépithélial lesion or syndrome of Godwin, with cystic ectasis,
of parotid gland.
The patient, 36 years old, presented a tumefaction parotidienne painless, badly limited, partially mobile
and cystic to the clinical examination.
The histological examination allowed the diagnosis by showing a massive infiltration of the lobules parotidiens
by a lymphoid proliferation with cystic canal ectasis.
The treatment consisted of a total parotidectomy exofaciale.
The evolution of this affection is in benign rule but the possibility of transformation or cancerous association
imposes, at these patients, a monitoring after treatment.
